Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Tim has a deep understanding and appreciation for the cultural diversity found here. His academic and professional career spans over two decades and involves extensive qualitative and quantitative research in various regions throughout the United States and Mexico. Tim's experience spans the research industry spectrum to include in-depth cultural studies for the Department of Defense to more business-oriented studies that have applications in the engineering, animals services, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, food and beverage, and financial industries. Most recently Tim designed and conducted successful research projects for multiple national healthcare providers to introduce new and innovative healthcare services to the industry nationwide. Tim's detailed analyses have translated research data into actionable insights that have contributed to future campaign strategies to enhance client products and services, improve intra-company communication and increase market share.
Tim holds degrees from the University of Colorado (PhD--Cultural Anthropology), The University of Texas at San Antonio (MA--Cultural Anthropology), and Lesley University (BA--Environmental Studies). He speaks, reads and writes Spanish at the intermediate level.
